Apprenticeship Manager

Ever since joining the dedicated team at the Criminal Injuries Helpline in August 2019, following the completion of my A-levels, I’ve devoted my energy to championing the rights of victims and helping them find a sense of resolution and closure. Starting as an apprentice in the initial enquiries department, I quickly progressed to my current role, having completed my Paralegal Appreticeship. My goal throughout my journey has always been the same: to empower my clients in their quest for justice.

Having secured thousands of pounds in compensation for my clients, it brings me immense satisfaction to witness the tangible difference this makes in their lives. From settling burdensome debts to providing a foundation for a secure home, this compensation serves as a small but vital step towards rebuilding their lives after trauma.

Away from my professional commitments, I nurture my personal wellbeing by keeping active and embracing my passion for cooking, creating delightful dishes for my loved ones. Life’s balance, I believe, is key to maintaining the empathy and resilience needed to walk alongside my clients on their journeys.
